These materials are a compilation of existing and created resources, based on resonance and accuracy with my own training. There are many wonderful resources on youtube, but not all are made equal. Instead of repeating what has already been made, I have selected the videos I find most solid, and added my own reflections and techniques where applicable, as well as many selections from our Li Beirut Herbal and Healing Support Guide. These instructions offer the basic tools for you to begin to preparing your own apothecary at home.
